Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must send us [paybox Service GmbH, Lassallestraße 9, 1020 Vienna, info@onlineaufladen.at] by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, an e-mail or letter sent by post) about your decision to revoke this contract, inform.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory. [see further below: Sample - Cancellation Form]
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall return to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that are resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the one offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
